What are my options?
You can add Modifly to your existing booking at no cost if your flight is more than 7 days away. This provides the option to change the time or date of your flight within our current schedule. Learn how to add Modifly here.
If your flight is within 7 days you will not be able to add ModiFly, however, you have the option to change your booking through the “Manage my Booking” page on the FlySwoop.com website. You can make changes up to three days prior to your flight but are subject to change fees.
Existing flights occurring before September 13, 2020 between Canada, the US, Mexico and Jamaica or existing reservations changed by Swoop are eligible to cancel for a 24 month credit. Learn how here.
Can someone at the airport assist me?
Please do not go to the airport requesting changes or cancellations, as our airport team cannot complete requests. Doing so results in flight delays and increased exposure for everyone.
