What are my options?
You can purchase Modifly during the booking process. This provides the option to change the time and/or date of your flight within our current schedule. Learn more about Modifly here.
Existing flights occurring before October 24, 2020 from Canada to the US or Mexico, or existing reservations changed by Swoop, are eligible to cancel for a 24 month credit. Learn how here.
Can someone at the airport assist me?
Please do not go to the airport requesting changes or cancellations, as our airport team cannot complete requests. Doing so results in flight delays and increased exposure for everyone.
