How do I make booking changes?

If you do not wish to receive a Swoop credit, more information about refunds to original form of payment will be available at a later date.
What are my options?
Starting March 13th you can add Modifly to your existing booking at no cost if your flight is more than 7 days away. This provides the option to change the time or date of your flight within our current schedule. Learn how to add Modifly here.
If your flight is within 7 days you will not be able to add ModiFly, however, you have the option to change your booking through the “Manage my Booking” page on the FlySwoop.com website. You can make changes up to three days prior to their flight but are subject to change fees.
If you are scheduled to travel to the U.S., Mexico or Jamaica on or before May 31, 2020, we will contact you by email with the option to rebook or cancel your existing itinerary. Learn how here.
Can someone at the airport assist me?
Please do not go to the airport requesting changes or cancellations, as our airport team cannot complete requests. Doing so results in flight delays and increased exposure for everyone.
