If the credit you are trying to use is a reservation credit (six digits of numbers/letters), then first call the contact centre to have the credit applied. When you go to use the credit that is associated with your account, go through our booking page as normal. When you reach the payment screen, click on “Swoop Credit” to apply your credit to the booking (make sure you’re signed into your profile).

Swoop credit is good for any Swoop flight you’ll be a passenger on. You may apply the credit to someone else as long as you are traveling with them. Credits expire after 90 days of creation. This does not mean you need to fly within that time, it just means you must use the credit by booking a future flight within this time. Credits can be used for base fare and taxes, seat selection, ModiFly, priority boarding, and baggage.
