We allow the following items but are not limited to: BPAP, CPAP, Dialysis machines, Nebulizers, POCs, Crutches, canes, walkers, and other mobility aids. You do not need to let us know ahead of time with the exception of portable oxygen concentrators. Let us know if you are bringing a POC by e-mailing disabilityassistance@flyswoop.com 48 hours before your flight. For all other items, allow plenty of time to tell the agent at the check-in counter when you arrive at the airport.



Always bring your medication in your carry-on item, as your checked baggage is not accessible in the event of a delay. Please ensure that only medical items are packed in this carry-on item, as we will waive the fee. Your medical device does not count as your personal item. If the medical devices/ items are mixed in with personal items such as clothing, a carry-on bag fee will be charged.
