Swoop does not offer credits for missed flights. In addition, no credits or refunds will be given for optional fees including baggage, seat selection, and priority boarding. This allows us to stay in line with the ultra low-cost business model. 

If you have missed your departing flight, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your attendance on your return flight. Note that providing us this confirmation of attendance on your return flight will protect your return flight and any extras you have purchased (if applicable) from cancellation. If no confirmation is given, your return flight (where applicable), will be cancelled along with all purchased extras.
