Swoop does not offer credits for missed flights. In addition, no credits or refunds will be given for optional fees including baggage, seat selection, and priority boarding. This allows us to stay in line with the ultra low-cost business model.

If you have missed your departing flight, your return flight will not be automatically canceled, so you are welcome to take the flight without notifying us.
