A personal item is one small bag that all travellers can bring on for free. Think small backpack, purse, laptop bag or briefcase. Your personal item must fit under the seat in front of you. The max dimensions are 41cm x 15cm x 33cm (16”x 6”x 13”).
A carry-on is brought on board and paid for. Each traveller may bring one piece of carry-on luggage with a maximum dimension of 52cm x 23cm x 38cm (21” x 9” x 15”).
