Swoop does not serve peanut products onboard, but our purchased snacks may contain traces of nuts. We also allow service dogs and packed snacks. This means we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment. 


If you have a severe allergy to something let us know a minimum of 2 days before your flight. Send us a message under special assistance. 


We do carry epinephrine and syringes but still recommend travellers with allergies bring medication along with disinfectant wipes to wipe down the seats, tray tables and places that may come in contact with the allergen.
