How can I redeem my credit?


To redeem your Swoop Credit, the booking must be made by the traveller whose name the Swoop credit is issued. Bookings can be made on Flyswoop.com and the date is non-extendable. Log in here.  


How do I see my credit?

You can see your credit in your Swoop account here, or when you sign in and book your next flight. Visit www.flyswoop.com and sign in by the right top corner. 


What if I can't see my credit?


Can’t find your credit? Please log in to your account, choose your flights, and your credit will appear at the payment screen (and can also be viewed under your profile).


When can I use my credit?

Your credit must be booked by the expiry date, however, travel can occur after that. Our schedule is available approximately six months in advance to allow you to choose a future date of travel. 


Can my friend/spouse/mom/dad use my Swoop Credit?

Yes, the account holder can book for another traveller. The account holder is not required to be one of the travellers. To book online, log in to your account and fill out the alternate traveller's information. 

What about the extras I purchased?

The value of extras like bags and seats was applied to your credit and can be used towards travel or extras. 


Can I use my credit to travel on WestJet?

Although we love our parent company, Swoop is separate from WestJet so the credit cannot transfer.
