Effective October 1, 2022, all travellers entering Canada, regardless of citizenship, will no longer have to:

-submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website;

-provide proof of vaccination;

-undergo pre- or on-arrival testing;

-carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation;

-monitor and report if they develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19 upon arriving to Canada.

-wear masks on the aircraft.

Flying to Canada during COVID-19? 

As of November 21, 2020, it is mandatory for all travellers flying to Canada to submit their COVID-related information digitally through ArriveCAN app. 

Before you board your flight, you must provide your:

  1. Travel and contact information
  2. Quarantine plan (unless exempt under conditions set out in the Mandatory Isolation Order)
  3. COVID-19 symptom self-assessment
