Does Swoop offer travel insurance?

You bet! Swoop partners with Chubb Insurance to offer travellers optional coverage, so you can have a worry-free vacation. 


How do I purchase travel insurance?

Travel insurance is available to purchase either at time of initial booking or through Manage my bookings. Heads up; insurance can only be purchased by credit card at this time.


What if my plans and/or dates change?

Changes to your travel plans after purchasing insurance? Please contact Chubb at 1-866-573-5375 with your revised travel information to ensure you are covered. Please note Chubb cannot help with booking changes, you must contact Swoop or self-serve online.


Can I get a refund for travel insurance?

You may cancel your policy for a full refund within 10 days of purchase provided it is prior to your scheduled flight and a claim has not yet incurred. After this 10-day period, the policy is non-refundable. The insurance premium is not refunded in cases of flight delays or cancellations.
