Please fill out your health declaration online prior to your trip to Cuba. This form must be filled out by all travellers, whether Cuban or foreign, who enter to the Republic of Cuba through Airports, Ports and Marines. You can do so quickly here.

Your Cuban Tourist Card is given inflight and included with your fare.
